Sky Creature is singer Majel Connery and baritone guitarist Matt Walsh. Occupying a space between art music and punk rock, the band's sound elicits comparisons with artists from Kate Bush to Suicide. Walsh toured for over a decade as one half of post-punk duo The Forms, sharing the stage with artists ranging from The National to St. Vincent to Hum. Connery’s solo music has been featured on Radiolab, New Sounds radio, and Live from the Kennedy Center. Sky Creature is currently on tour with their first full-length record, No Human Eyes, recorded at the legendary Electrical Audio with Steve Albini (RIP Steve).

String, Skin & Breath is a global ensemble blending ancient traditions with contemporary expression through spontaneous, deeply collaborative performance. Drawing from Persian and North African modes, chamber music, global folk traditions, and jazz improvisation, the group moves fluidly between original compositions, reimagined songs, and in-the-moment creation. Their music moves from meditative stillness to intricate rhythmic interplay, guided by deep listening, collective intuition, and a borderless musical spirit.
